I'm Barza Nisar,
a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant

At Well-Rested Baby Mamas, I believe restful nights can transform the well-being of the whole family. My mission is to help parents navigate their little ones' sleep challenges and build healthy sleep habits by providing personalized and compassionate sleep coaching. I coach with gentle strategies and offer real-time instant guidance via text messaging and calls. My sleep plans are tailored to your child’s age-appropriate needs, habits and your parenting style.
